Genuine Dell M360N 305w Power Supply PSU for Optiplex 320, 330, 740, 745 and 755 Mini Tower (SMT) Systems Part Numbers: NJ9GY,

GForce, Service was awesome. It showed up and was just what I needed.
The price was the best I found on the internet. In fact this is the
only place I could find it.
Thanks again.
works like a charm!, (What's this?)
Needed a working part., Got here quickly but did not work. Was able to return it and received credit. This was all pretty easy but what I really needed was the working part.
Worked fine in my Dell Dimension E521, (What's this?) Item as described. My old power supply for my 4 year old Dell Dimension E521 developed a extremely noisy and slow fan that I surmised was on its last leg. I ordered this part and it worked fine as a replacement. Only 4 screws to replace. Tip: unscrew old power supply but leave all the cables connected and set it to side. Install new power supply and connect new cables one by one as you disconnect the old cable. Makes things a lot easier.
It worked flawlessly, (What's this?) What can I say? It's a Dell Power supply, I plugged it in and it worked fine. The price also wasn't bad for something OEM either.

Western Digital Caviar Green 3 TB 5400 RPM SATA III 64 MB Cache Bare/OEM Desktop Hard Drive - WD30EZRX

Alignment Problem, (What's this?) If anyone is having problems with this drive, and has been reading these reviews, he is no doubt aware of the problem with the 4KB blocks when using this with XP, and the two possible solutions of using jumpers or running an alignment tool. (If not, check out many 1 star reviews, many either describe the problem or else post links to discussions of the problem.)

I went to WD's site to try to apply these problems, but found it rather tricky to track down details, so for the benefit of those doing the same:

    1.
It works as advertised, (What's this?) Not too much to say about this.
    I received it timely.
It has been in my SavedItems list for a long time now waiting for it to dip below $200.
It is a very cheap yet reliable 5400 rpm drive that is perfect for recording/watching tv on my htdv
I already have four 2TB versions of these and have not had any problems with them.
I installed it without any problems in my Dell 9100 and it is working well.
WD20EARX Doubled in price since September., (What's this?) I bought this drive in September from Amazon. I came back today because I would like to get another one. I will not be buying another one at this time because I only paid 79.99 3 months ago and for some reason it is double that price now. I guess prices are inflated for Christmas time.

Great HDD but totally not worth double the price I already paid for one.
Working right along as expected . . ., (What's this?) I bought four of these to upgrade our system. They are working right along, as expected. I guess when it comes to disk drives, the proof is in their longevity, so that remains to be seen at some point in the future. Get back to me in two or three years to see if they pass the real test of time. However, they came out of the box and started working without defect, so we are off to a good start.
2.5 terabyte drive install problems, (What's this?) I bought the 2.5 terabyte drive and installed it in a 64bit windows 7 box as a data only drive. After booting windows I used the windows disk manager to initialize the drive as a GPT partition. It did so but only reported 280GB. I check the bios and the drive was showing up as a 301GB drive. I wrote WD tech support for help on this and got no reply. So after a couple of days of waiting for a resolution, I tried using GPARTED to create the partitions. GPARTED could see the full 2.5 terabytes, but it would not let me create any new partitions, so I deleted the existing partition windows 7 had created and used GPARTED to re-initialize the drive as a GPT drive. I was then able to create a single NTFS partition using the full drive size.

I can't give any opinion on the longevity of this drive, but it does run quite and my transfer speeds were good. The price was great. I only gave this drive 4 stars because the tech support seems non-existent. I hope documenting my experience may help someone else with a similar problem installing these drives as a non-booting data drive.
Good Value, (What's this?) A few months ago I bought a 2TB WD Black SATA III drive for $149.
I cannot believe the high prices now, this is what I paid for this drive, I needed RAID so I bought 2.
I must admit it is a little slower than the Black but it works pretty good and doesn't get as hot.
Great drive! Advanced Format Required for optimal preformance, Pros - This drive is awesome. Tested for over 24 hours without a hitch before format. Getting file transfer speeds between 130 - 115 mpbs.

    Cons - none yet.

Other - Drive requires an advanced format partition. Must use xp jumper to use without proper setup. Advanced Format means the drive needs 4k sectors in order to read/write without errors. The drive partition must be aligned to a sector divisible by 8.

    Running - Ubuntu 11.
Great drive for the price, (
Don't Use With Windows XP, (What's this?) This 3TB drive is not compatible with Windows XP SP3, It shows up as about 750G due to OS addressing issues (thank you microsoft), not the fault of the drive. Upon further research it looks like all 3TB drives will have this problem.
Don't assume drive works in enterprise RAID config - good drive otherwise, (What's this?) I purchased this drive to use in a RAID1 configuration off an Adaptec 6805E to build a new VMWare ESXi 5.0 host. This is not an enterprise drive and that created a big headache for me. This is likely due the lack of error correction timeout control and other things about the drive that are not enterprise. I returned it for a WD RE 2TB (WD2003FYYS), an enterprise drive. I have a lot of experience with drives, but thought I would be able short-circuit good practice just this one time to save some money and get SATA 6.0 Gbps.

Western Digital 250 GB Scorpio Blue SATA 3 Gb/s 5400 RPM 8 MB Cache Bulk/OEM Notebook Hard Drive - WD2500BEVT

Western Digital 250 GB Scorpio Blue SATA 3 Gb/s 5400 RPM 8 MB Cache Bulk/OEM Notebook Hard Drive - WD2500BEVT
Amazing!, (What's this?) upgraded my MacBook pro hard drive from stock 250gb to this amazing 500gb ! installation was a breeze. just used YouTube videos as a guide. I used regular home tools. didn't order none specifically. here's the link to the video I used for my installation.
    [...
DO NOT BUY!, (What's this?) HARD DRIVE CRASHED on my 2008 Mac Book 13in after 12 months of normal use. Also noticed decreased battery performance shortly after installing it.
Installed in PS3, (What's this?) I bought this for installation into my PS3 slim. I had a slight hiccup with it not seating properly during installation, but after doing some research, this is not part specific...just something that happens.
Perfect HD for PS3, (What's this?) This HD disk works so well in my PS3. I've had it about 8 months or so now and it works like a dream. It's quiet and I have not even used up half of the space yet! I'm so happy with this purchase and would highly recommend this particular hard drive disk to any gamer running out of space on their current hard drive for their PS3.
    Works For Me..., (What's this?)
WD320GB Scorpio Blue, (What's this?) Great product for the price. Drive is fast and no issues to speak of. I'm purchasing another for my backup external case.
Great product!!!!!, (What's this?) This is the 3rd Western Digital hard drive I've purchased to replace and I love them. They are the most reliable hard drives internally and externally.
Just what I ordered, (What's this?) I am pleased with my Western Digital 250 GB Scorpio Blue Sata Notebook Hard Drive that I ordered. It worked perfectly when I installed it into my laptop. My laptop was damaged a while back and has been sitting, but once I put this in with a new installation disc it came back to life. The seller shipped the item promptly and showed up in good condition.
So far, not so good, OEM installed one of these 320GB drives on my Acer Aspire 5738PG-6306 Notebook PC. It worked very well, up until August of this year when, after leaving the system to idle while I went and made myself some lunch, I came back to find this black screen and white text:

    PXE-E53: No boot filename received
    PXE-MOF: Exiting Broadcom PXE ROM
    Operating system not found
    _

I didn't think anything of this, I simply held the power button and turned the system back on. Everything was fine, I ran several different disk checking utilities to be sure it wasn't failing on me (as I did investigate it online, not finding much other than a few whispers here and there and that it could be an indication of HDD failure) and it passed them all. However, the same thing just happened five hours ago only this time the black screen had this white text on it, again after stepping away for less then 20 minutes while the system idled:

    Broadcom UND I PXE-2.1 v11.4.
Failed after 6 months, I bought one of these hard drives to replace my failed hard drive in my old MacBook last May, just over 6 months ago. I was optimistic that it would last longer than any from Apple had lasted, and so had my friend install it for me since he had repaired Macs in the past and knew what he was doing. After just a couple of months it started to make a horrendous scraping noise, indicating that something inside was not as it should have been, and then just kept layering noises on until it failed just a few days ago. This was a bigger let-down than any previous hard drives from Apple. All of this was after much lighter use than any other hard drive had undergone.

I'm never buying Western Digital again.

WD's SecurePark™ parks the recording heads off the disk surface during spin up, spin down, and when the drive is off. This ensures the recording head never touches the disk surface resulting in improved long term reliability due to less head wear, and improved non-operational shock tolerance.

Massive capacity - Whether they are in an external drive or a notebook computer, WD Scorpio Blue SATA drives continue to offer the highest capacity for space-hungry operating systems with plenty of room left over for photos, music, and video. A slight increase in overall drive height (750 GB and 1 TB only) has driven storage capacity for 2.5-inch form factor drives upwards to a realm once thought to be impossible.*

*750 GB and 1 TB models are 12.5 mm high and may not be compatible with all notebook systems. Consult system specifications for maximum allowable drive height before attempting to install.
